🤝 Bargaining Committee

Coordinates our bargaining efforts with SEIU. The bargaining committee is elected on a yearly basis. Join the bargaining committee to ensure we win the strongest possible contract.

🥳 FUN Committee

Organizes activities for community-building within the union. Weekly potlucks, crafting activities, or just hang-and-vent sessions with local brews. Join the fun committee if you want to make sure we stay connected with each other.

📸 Comms Committee

Oversees social media, press, website content and copy. Join the communications committee if you’re passionate about design, messaging, and getting the union’s agenda out there!

✊ Solidarity Committee

Coordinates solidarity efforts with other local and national unions, from Duke-affiliated faculty or staff unions to graduate workers unions across the nation. Join solidarity if you believe that we’ve got to stay connected to stay strong.
